Two dates to note for the next 4 weeks.
For everyone in the midlands and surrounding areas, I would love to see you in Birmingham on April 28th for: The Root To Freedom
On another note, I will be performing at the iconic Royal Albert Hall in May!! Get tickets here
Can’t wait to see you guys!
We are in the short-from content day and age, and I am starting to really enjoy it. The medium has changed but the messages hasn’t. I almost got kicked off the train performing my spoken word piece ‘Kate Middleton’.
This week, I wrote the ‘THE COST OF ADULTING’ and asked where to perform it:
So I headed to Downing Street to let the government know what I think. Video out soon.
For those of you who don’t follow my For Better Or Worse Newsletter. You might not know, I recently formulated some of my post popular posts into an essay then turned that into a book. This is not a mass-produced product, it’s a limited, limited—extra limited—edition gift, with only 100 copies left.
If you are not convinced, check out a pic of the beautiful re-design (with the cover everyone voted for).
Download The Book You Wish You Had Read Before Marriage: Physical, Digital E-book or Listen to the Audio Book (It’s only 30 mins). Also on Amazon.
An extract from ‘THE BOOK YOU WISH YOU HAD READ BEFORE MARRIAGE’
‘Effective communication is when we tell our partners how we feel about their sacrifice. Ineffective communication leads to fighting. Being aware of how to critique your partner is a skill that takes years to master. We tend to use a single dispute as an excuse to bring up a long list of things our spouse has done to hurt you, some you already claimed to have forgiven them for. You gain more when you criticize the situation or the circumstance, but not the person. Resolving the issues in a marriage should not be an exercise in character assassination.’
My next book will be a combination of essays on Companionship, (some new writings) mixed with some previous content from the newsletter. I would need to reach a certain threshold of confirmations to justify printing the book. So I wanted to do a quick poll to see who would support the crowdfund. I am aware that not everyone has a Substack account, but just engaging in the poll will be very helpful.

Thanks for your time guys!
